I live in fear of getting sick or injured. If I do, I'm not sure how the restaurant would continue to run, and if we had to close due to me not being able to work for any extended period, that would be the end of Edzo's, I think.

I often wonder how Doug Sohn does it as well. He's there everyday overseeing the operations of Hot Doug's. Does he just close the store if he's sick or hurt? Does he have an "understudy"?

I was just thinking about your place after reading a few of these blog posts - if for any reason need feel you could use many more new customers, perhaps you could try contacting Groupon to set up a deal with them? That would be interesting. maybe.
